Features of based spare parts tracking module:
- Ability for service engineers to add a new request for spare parts needed by them.
- In each request, there could be multiple items which could be ordered and tracked independently.
- Following status will be shown to the service engineer for each item in the requests placed by them.
- Order Placed
- Shipped
- Custom Cleared
- Item Received
- In addition there will be remark field for each item to provide additional information about its availability.
- There will be item based tracking from the request placed by the service engineer.
- Other fields will also be required to be edited/added for each item ordered like Performa Invoice numb, Air bill numb, custom duty paid, and total landing cost. Weight of items etc. (Check fields being stored in current tracking excel sheet).
- When any item will be received, the tracking will be closed and item will automatically get added to the HO inventory.
- Some Reports will be included in this module as requested by Client.
- Spare Parts used in a machine during a given period.
- Customer wise use of spare parts.
- Period wise use of spare parts for a location inventory.
- Spare part wise report
- Spare parts ordered in a given time frame.
